Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments and crafting individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in the state of California as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills conducive to meeting client needs and maintaining ethical practice standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy in a private practice or community mental health setting.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems.

• Expertise in proven therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload. Benefits include:
