Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to engage with clients through virtual platforms while ensuring accessibility to individuals in need of care. Our outpatient office environment fosters ongoing collaboration with mental health professionals and specialists committed to delivering the highest standard of care. The schedule primarily includes Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to meet individual patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to establish effective, individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based, solution-focused interventions.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Keep detailed and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA standards, emphasizing transparency and accountability in practice.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team composed of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, fostering a collaborative approach to client care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings focused on enhancing treatment effectiveness and maintaining high quality care.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower informed decisions.

Our therapists will primarily work with diverse populations, including individuals struggling with mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and anxiety. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license to practice as a LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW within the state of California.
