Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Carewell, you will:

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health conditions, needs, and treatment goals.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans that align with the individual objectives of each client.
\n
• Provide one-on-one therapy for adults, employing evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions using our secure teletherapy platform, ensuring therapeutic continuity and accessibility for clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary, utilizing your skill set to provide immediate support in high-stress situations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending training and workshops to remain at the forefront of best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• Possess a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
