Work Environment\n

As a Virtual Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Clear Path Counseling Therapy, you will work in a fully remote environment, utilizing telehealth platforms to connect with clients. This allows for a healthy work-life balance, enabling you to create your own schedule within the hours of Monday to Friday, between 9 AM to 5 PM. Our work culture supports flexibility, professionalism, and collegiality while fostering compassionate client care. You will not have on-call responsibilities, allowing you to focus solely on your clients during scheduled sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging and effective one-on-one video therapy sessions to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions and experiences, promoting self-awareness and personal insight.

• Act as a client advocate, helping them set and clearly define their therapeutic goals for a tailored treatment approach.

• Utilize a solution-focused methodology to assess clients’ mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans based on professional expertise.

• Document sessions accurately in our electronic health record systems to maintain compliance and provide continuity of care.

• Collaborate with other team members and participate in regular case reviews to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with adults experiencing stable and low-acuity mental health conditions, ensuring they receive the necessary support to manage their challenges effectively. By employing your therapeutic skills, you will help clients gain essential coping strategies and foster resilience. The patients you work with may include those dealing with anxiety, depression, stress-related disorders, and other common mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following educational and licensing requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong computer literacy skills to navigate telehealth platforms and electronic health records smoothly.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
