Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each patient.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, family therapy, and support groups, utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions to meet clinical and state requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• Strong understanding of family systems, evidence-based practices, and recovery-oriented models of care.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role is competitive, with a salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually , adjusted based on your experience and caseload.
