Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Offer crisis intervention support to clients facing acute mental health distress, employing empathetic listening, effective communication, and professional expertise to stabilize their situation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health therapist at Pinnacle, you will work with a varied client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who confront different challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal issues. Our clients come from numerous cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, offering you the opportunity to broaden your clinical experience and cultural competencies. Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively work with individuals from a range of ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage documentation accurately and efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
