Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments that evaluate clients’ histories, strengths, and symptomatology, tailoring mental health interventions accordingly.

• Develop individualized, culturally competent treatment plans that focus on the unique needs of each client, including family-centered approaches and outpatient services.

• Implement trauma-informed practices in your therapeutic sessions to create a safe space for clients.

• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary clinical teams, including other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Complete all necessary clinical documentation, including client assessments and treatment plans, in a timely fashion to meet program standards.

• Maintain organized and detailed case files that adhere to compliance requirements and best practices.

• Manage a designated caseload of clients, regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client progress.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients when needed, ensuring immediate and effective care.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, alongside a robust benefits package.
