Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions using telehealth technology to support clients in overcoming emotional, mental, and behavioral challenges.

• Provide timely crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their immediate needs are addressed effectively.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of patient interactions and progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Implement research-based practices, including applied behavior analysis techniques, to assist clients with specific behavioral issues.

In your role as a Virtual Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families, who require support for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in providing mental health counseling or therapy services is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to base compensation, you can expect:
