Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license in California as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer:
