Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client needs, history, and current mental health statuses, enabling tailored treatment planning.

• Design and implement individualized therapeutic interventions aimed at supporting each client’s unique recovery goals, employing established diagnostic and treatment frameworks.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and program directors to identify areas for program improvement, ensuring our services are as effective and responsive as possible.

• Establish and nurture trusting therapeutic relationships, actively listening to clients and fostering open communication throughout their journey.

• Utilize telehealth technology for effective service delivery, ensuring robust documentation and adherence to privacy standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will primarily work with clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and stress management concerns. Our patient population is diverse, representing various backgrounds, ages, and personal experiences. Your ability to approach each case with empathy and cultural sensitivity will be paramount in establishing productive therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline.

• Current California licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, preferably within a telehealth setting.
\n
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to engage effectively with clients from various backgrounds, fostering positive relationships and therapeutic alliance.

• Competence in customizing treatment approaches to meet the individual and dynamic needs of clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems (EHR) necessary for documentation and scheduling.

• Knowledge of community resources available for clients and the ability to connect them with these valuable support systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to USD 120,000 annually .
