Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans based on their unique situations.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions to adults, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others to address various mental health concerns.

• Engage clients collaboratively in setting measurable goals and regularly assess their progress, adapting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our integrated electronic health record system.

• Participate actively in regular team meetings and case consultations, contributing to a collaborative environment aimed at enhancing patient outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including webinars and workshops, to stay current with best practices and enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults who present a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A valid license in California as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW .

Compensation and Benefits\n
