Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the individual needs and challenges of clients, ensuring clinically sound and personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy through tailored modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, aimed at promoting personal growth and well-being.

• Establish therapeutic goals alongside clients and monitor their progress using evidence-based metrics to adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Leverage telehealth technology to offer virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face geographical or physical barriers to traditional in-person consultations.

• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of each session to comply with ethical standards and regulations, utilizing our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training workshops and webinars, staying current with the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Therapists in this role will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Clients may vary in age, background, and personal circumstances, allowing for a rich variety of therapeutic interactions and learning experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license in one of the following: LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills that ensure a manageable caseload while maintaining attention to client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
