Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will have the chance to make significant impacts on your patients' lives through various responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Delivering remote care to clients through an 8-week structured evidence-based program designed to promote mental wellness.
\n
• Monitoring client progress, conducting follow-up communications, and providing insightful care coordination recommendations, while meticulously documenting session notes.

• Collaborating with fellow care team members to assist participants in accessing vital resources, including obtaining necessary consent and authorization forms.
\n
• Identifying and promptly addressing high-risk encounters involving participants, ensuring adherence to established safety protocols.
\n
• Engaging in regular meetings with clinical supervisors, participating in monthly team meetings, and attending company Town Halls for continued professional development and collaboration.

• Upholding the highest standards of confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and participating in annual training requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve engaging with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health challenges. The program emphasizes the use of evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to empower participants in overcoming obstacles and achieving lasting change.

Qualifications\n

We require candidates to hold one or more of the following credentials:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A commitment to maintaining a consistent schedule for patient sessions.

• Clinical experience in providing psychotherapy, particularly using evidence-based practices such as CBT and DBT.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Oasis of Healing Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Other highlights of our compensation package include:
