Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Virtual Mental Health Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough diagnostic assessments to understand client needs and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Providing individual, group, and family counseling and psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Maintaining strict confidentiality of client records and personal information, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• A valid and active license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) issued by the State of California.

• At least 3 years of experience in providing diagnostic assessment and therapeutic services to diverse populations.

• Ability to maintain licensure and continue professional development throughout employment.
