Work Environment\n

As a fully remote role, you will work from home while utilizing cutting-edge telehealth technology to deliver services to clients based in Oxnard, California, and beyond. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule within our core hours of Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and establish rapport.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans that address individual concerns and promote lasting positive change.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions in both individual and group therapy settings.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during urgent mental health situations.

• Continuously update knowledge of current mental health trends, policies, and treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists of individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma responses, and substance use issues. You will work with diverse populations, including adults, adolescents, and families, ensuring that treatment approaches are culturally competent and tailored to each client's unique background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• An active and valid license as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Demonstrated proficiency in building trusting relationships with clients through effective communication skills.

• A strong commitment to client-centered care and evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Excellent organizational skills to handle documentation and client scheduling efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two years of experience as licensed mental health professionals. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy practices is a plus, as well as experience working with diverse patient populations and a variety of mental health issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
