Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs and trauma histories, accurately identifying suitable therapeutic interventions.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based modalities, focusing on trauma recovery and the development of coping mechanisms.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to provide effective treatments.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure patients receive holistic, multidisciplinary care tailored to their needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
