Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments that delve into patients' histories to better tailor their treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), ensuring each session adheres to best practices.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma experiences while equipping them with effective coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, medical professionals, and other therapists to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on individuals coping with a range of trauma-related mental health disorders such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Your work will directly contribute to improving the health and well-being of individuals who have experienced significant traumatic events, helping them develop effective coping strategies and reclaim their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, specifically working with trauma-affected populations.

• In-depth knowledge of trauma-related disorders and familiarity with various trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental demeanor.
