Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and collaboratively determine the most effective treatment approaches.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and ongoing patient support.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process trauma, cultivate coping strategies, and promote healing.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated and comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s needs.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients and families on trauma responses, effective coping mechanisms, and available community resources.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development focusing on trauma-informed methodologies.

• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in the field of trauma therapy to continuously enhance care delivery.

Within this role, you will work primarily with adults who are navigating the complex aftermath of traumatic experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania is necessary.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure work experience is preferred, especially in trauma-focused therapeutic environments.

• Demonstrable knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities is essential.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology to efficiently document and communicate patient progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n
