Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to understand patients' history and develop tailored therapeutic approaches.

• Create and execute individualized treatment plans centered on trauma recovery and resilience-building, ensuring each plan reflects the unique needs of our patients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to effectively address trauma-related symptoms.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions that foster safe spaces for emotional expression and healing.

• Coordinate closely with other healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies, offering immediate support and resources to affected individuals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals affected by trauma, including survivors of domestic violence, natural disasters, and severe personal crises. Our clinic supports a diverse client base, reflecting a variety of backgrounds and experiences. Your role is essential in enabling clients to process their experiences, develop coping strategies, and rebuild their lives in a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Strong understanding of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment approaches.

Preferred Experience\n

While 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, we value applicants who have demonstrated a strong commitment to professional growth and trauma-informed practices. Compensation and Benefits\n
