Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized, effective treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring approaches to suit individual client preferences and needs.

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold strict confidentiality standards when managing patient records.

• Collaborate proactively with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals during multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and improve client outcomes.

• Participate in peer reviews and clinical consultations to refine treatment strategies and share insights on best practices.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to assist their journeys.

• Remain engaged with ongoing research and current trends within the mental health field to continually enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with adult clients who are navigating various mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and stress management. Your expertise will be vital in providing not only therapeutic support but also hope and empowerment for clients striving for personal growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• Proven experience in delivering solution-focused psychotherapy tailored to diverse client needs.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in working with a diverse client population, including those with complex trauma or co-occurring disorders, will be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
