Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other modalities suited to diverse client backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidates will possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
