Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health status and needs using validated tools and therapeutic discussions.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions with clients, fostering therapeutic alliances and imparting practical tools to help them manage their mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with the wider healthcare team, including physicians and psychiatrists, to ensure holistic care and refer clients to additional services as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes within our electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and peer consultations to enhance therapeutic skills and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base experiencing a variety of mental health conditions, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Your approach will be client-centered, emphasizing cultural competence and sensitivity to meet the unique needs of each patient. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working directly with patients in a therapeutic setting.

• A strong understanding of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, evidence-based practices, and ethical counseling principles.

Compensation and Benefits\n
