Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy services to clients experiencing mental health issues, employing evidence-based practices to facilitate healing and growth.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes through the clinic’s electronic health record system for compliance and continuity of care.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals in multi-disciplinary team meetings to share insights, develop integrated treatment strategies, and discuss client concerns.

• Stay informed of local and national mental health regulations, research findings, and available community resources to better support clients in their journey.

• Provide crisis intervention and additional support to clients when needed, ensuring safety and stabilization in high-pressure situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse patient population that includes individuals, couples, families, and groups facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By addressing each client's unique circumstances, you will tailor therapeutic interventions that promote healing, resilience, and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating effective treatment methodologies and client interaction.

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster trusting relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Proficient knowledge of local mental health regulations and community resources.

Compensation and Benefits\n
