Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify and understand clients' mental health needs, guiding the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions remotely, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to clients’ needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish therapeutic goals, and regularly monitor and document their progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy services to clients who prefer or require virtual appointments, ensuring they have ongoing access to support regardless of barriers such as location or mobility.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, demonstrating our commitment to professionalism and client confidentiality.

• Participate in ongoing training sessions and professional development opportunities to keep your skills current and to learn about emerging best practices and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults experiencing a range of mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid mental health license from the state of Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD).

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
