Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health status and treatment needs.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New York.

• At least two years of related experience, preferably in an outpatient or community mental health setting.
\n
• A deep understanding of various mental health disorders along with proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with a wide range of patients and families.

• Strong crisis intervention capabilities, allowing you to provide timely support in challenging situations.
