Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients’ mental health status during initial consultations.

• Develop, implement, and continually update personalized treatment plans based on specific client needs and evidence-based practices.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies, to promote client progress.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client cases, share insights, and collaborate on treatment approaches.

• Provide referrals to additional healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, when medication management may be required.
\n
• Guide clients in applying coping strategies and tools outside of therapy sessions to enhance their daily functioning and emotional resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, and those navigating relationship difficulties or life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• A minimum of four years of related experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, with an emphasis on cultural competence.

• Proficient in applying therapeutic practices in both individual and group therapy settings.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a track record of establishing rapport with diverse populations.

• Competence in using EHR systems to track patient progress and manage documentation efficiently.

• Ability to remain calm and effective in crisis situations, with strong crisis intervention skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
