Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health issues, leading to the creation of individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy, drawing on a range of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and motivational interviewing, to facilitate personal growth and recovery.

• Collaborate with clients in establishing therapeutic goals, ensuring ongoing monitoring and adjustment of treatment plans to optimize outcomes.

• Utilize teletherapy options to deliver care to clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and clinical progress to comply with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills, including attending workshops, training sessions, and relevant seminars to remain current with innovative practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license, including Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
