Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, including intake interviews and ongoing evaluations.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs and therapeutic goals.

• Engage clients in regular therapy sessions, using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to their personal circumstances.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for open dialogue and healing.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Provide referrals to other healthcare professionals when necessary, coordinating patient care across disciplines.

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques when required, remaining composed in high-stress situations to effectively manage clients’ acute needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a wide range of clients, including those facing challenges related to substance abuse, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and relationship issues. The diverse clientele reflects the community's varied needs, and you will be expected to deliver culturally competent care that respects and incorporates their unique backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.

• Proficient knowledge of behavioral health issues, therapeutic techniques, and cultural humility in practice.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport-building with a diverse array of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
