Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, employing standardized tools and methodologies tailored to various age groups and backgrounds.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy.

• Coordinate care with a network of professionals, such as case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive support and intervention for clients, facilitating client progress through collaborative discussions.

• Provide crisis intervention to clients in acute distress or emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and establishing safety plans.

• Engage in outreach initiatives, conducting workshops and webinars that promote mental health education and awareness within the community.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
