Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to gain a deep understanding of clients’ unique mental health needs, and establish personalized treatment plans based on these evaluations.

• Design and implement individualized treatment strategies using evidence-based practices, tailoring interventions to align with clients' specific challenges and recovery goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for clients to express themselves and engage in the therapeutic process.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to deliver a holistic approach to client care.

• Engage with clients' families, providing educational resources and support, promoting their active involvement in the clients’ recovery journey.

• Maintain precise and confidential client records, adhering strictly to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
\n
• Proven specialized training or extensive experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating your capacity to address a range of clinical issues.

• A strong understanding of evidence-based practices pertaining to various mental health disorders and their treatments.
\n
• Exceptional therapeutic and interpersonal skills that enable you to connect with and motivate clients throughout their recovery processes.
