Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, strength-based assessments to identify the needs of clients, tailoring your approach to individual circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele, which includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. By understanding and addressing each client’s unique experiences, you will create a safe and supportive space for personal growth and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related field.

• A current license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.

• Proven ability to assess clients' needs effectively and create actionable treatment plans.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, crucial for establishing rapport with clients.
