Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify mood disorders and a range of mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The client focus for this role includes a diverse population of individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. You will have the opportunity to work with adults and possibly teenagers, providing therapy both in individual sessions and potentially in group settings, thus helping to foster community support.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active state licensure in New York (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) is required.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, paired with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, with substantial direct client interaction.
