Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, using established assessment tools and techniques.

• Maintain accurate documentation of clinical interactions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of New Jersey.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling or Psychology.

• Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on building trust and rapport with clients.

• Exemplary organizational and time management skills, crucial for effective case management and meeting client needs.
