Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, using evidence-based screening tools.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address unique therapeutic goals and interventions for each client.

• Facilitate regular therapeutic sessions via teletherapy, providing both individual and group therapy options to cater to varied client needs.

• Empower clients by equipping them with coping strategies and resources to manage their mental health symptoms effectively.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals, to optimize client care and treatment outcomes.

• Maintain up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed on the latest research in mental health treatment.

• Provide referrals to additional specialty services as necessary to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in the mental health field.

• Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
