Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to evaluate mental health conditions and personal history; use findings to craft individualized treatment plans.

• Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, and regularly monitor their progress for necessary adjustments in treatment.

• Offer teletherapy sessions to accommodate clients who may face barriers to in-person visits, ensuring access to mental health resources regardless of geographic location.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress in compliance with ethical standards.

• Engage in continual professional development to stay current with mental health trends, therapies, and techniques.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
