Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage and document all billing, patient records, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations efficiently within designated time frames to ensure seamless operations.

• Develop personalized crisis intervention plans, safety protocols, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to empower clients to maintain stability.

• Create structured discharge plans that support a smooth transition for clients, emphasizing continuity of care.

• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, maintaining adherence to organizational policies and industry standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and other learning opportunities to enhance your skills and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
