Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients, developing tailored treatment plans to address these needs effectively.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing a variety of approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques to promote healing and growth.

• Deliver individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that all therapeutic practices align with the latest research and ethical standards in the mental health field.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to coordinate care, leveraging comprehensive resources to enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards to facilitate effective communication and treatment continuity.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with individuals and families who have limited access to mental health resources. You will focus on addressing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders, providing much-needed support and guidance in their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
\n
• Must possess an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Two years of clinical experience in a counseling role, demonstrating competence in therapeutic practices.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines within mental health counseling.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to build rapport and trust with diverse clients.

• Proven ability to work effectively within a healthcare team environment.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Salary range is competitive and between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, based on experience and caseload availability.
