This position will be primarily remote, combined with occasional opportunities to interact with clients in our outpatient counseling center setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations for new clients to collaboratively develop appropriate evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.

• Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing a variety of modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain a holistic focus by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure that clients receive coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Document clinical records meticulously in adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring compliance and accuracy at all times.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to remain abreast of current research, methodologies, and best practices within the field of mental health.

You will provide counseling services to a diverse patient population, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 300,000 to 400,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
