Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance use histories, mental health backgrounds, and treatment needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans oriented toward both addiction recovery and underlying psychological issues, utilizing a client-centered therapeutic approach.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Collaborate proactively with a multidisciplinary treatment team that may include physicians, nurses, and case managers, to ensure coordinated and comprehensive client care.

• Provide education and constructive resources to clients’ family members, bolstering their involvement in the recovery process to create a supportive home environment.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements while ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license to practice as a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related discipline.
