Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy plans for clients, considering their individual histories and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Manage individual therapy sessions and facilitate group therapy for diverse demographics, including children, families, and couples.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement holistic treatment plans that address comprehensive client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in adherence to ethical and legal standards while ensuring client confidentiality.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay informed about new developments in mental health research and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. ATI Behavioral Institute places a particular focus on clients who have limited access to mental health services, emphasizing responsiveness to socio-economic factors that may impact their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling or therapy settings, with a focus on providing direct client care.
\n
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice, with demonstrated adherence to professional guidelines.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport quickly and effectively with diverse clients.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team environment, contributing to shared patient care goals.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and associated technology for documentation and billing.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our compensation package includes health, dental, and vision insurance; malpractice insurance coverage; and ample opportunities for client referrals. Additionally, administrative support for billing and documentation will be provided to help you maintain a manageable workload and concentrate on client care.
