Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate client needs, concerns, and history to inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, employing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based approaches tailored to each client’s specific challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 52,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
