Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify needs, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Provide individual therapy using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused approaches.

• Offer teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual appointments, ensuring their comfort and convenience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse clientele, including adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will engage with clients from various backgrounds, helping them develop coping strategies and resilience. By providing tailored therapeutic interventions, you will assist clients in enhancing their mental health and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a licensed mental health practitioner (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with clients and colleagues.

• An empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to client interactions.

• Effective organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining a varied caseload.

Preferred Experience\n

While experience with specific therapeutic modalities is preferred, we value a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
