This role is designed to be fully remote, allowing you to operate from a location of your choice while still receiving the support and resources needed to flourish in your position. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to identify patient needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments, setting achievable goals in collaboration with clients.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy during individual and group sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups designed to enhance coping strategies and community support.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and medical professionals, to ensure holistic care for patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies as part of our commitment to patient safety.

• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, employing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in Maryland, such as LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C, is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
