Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while providing critical support to clients. Although much of your work will be conducted from your home office, you will also have opportunities to interact with colleagues in our outpatient facility as needed, ensuring collaboration and a supportive team environment. Our practice utilizes modern technology, including a robust electronic health record (EHR) system, to maintain accuracy and efficiency in client documentation and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health status and specific needs.

• Develop customized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques, catering to a variety of mental health disorders.

• Provide referrals to additional healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and specialists, to support clients' comprehensive treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety disorders, depressive states, trauma-related issues, substance abuse problems, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities, with a focus on evidence-based practice.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct individual and group therapy while incorporating inclusive methodologies.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
