Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance abuse histories, mental health status, and any co-occurring disorders.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that encompass strategies for addiction recovery and underlying mental health challenges.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to effectively engage clients.

• Collaborate closely with other members of the multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide integrated care.

• Educate and support clients' families, involving them in the treatment process and enhancing recovery support systems.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records in compliance with all regulatory requirements, including treatment progress notes and outcome measures.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education.
