Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients' needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and establish personalized treatment plans.

• Provide timely crisis intervention for clients enduring acute mental health crises, ensuring appropriate support and safety measures are enacted.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records of client interactions, including treatment plans and progress notes, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will focus on diverse populations, providing therapy to adults, adolescents, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. These may include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and behavioral problems. Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Therapist in California, with credentials such as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
