Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual goals.

• Provide clinical therapy services to individuals, groups, and families utilizing a spectrum of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Establish effective communication channels with care team members, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure integrated care and holistic treatment for clients.

• Be prepared to respond to clients in crisis, offering immediate support and intervention during acute distress or emergencies, ensuring their safety and comfort.

• Participate in community outreach efforts, raising awareness about mental health issues, reducing stigma, and educating the public through workshops and webinars.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will be primarily serving a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This role requires a profound understanding of cultural competencies to build therapeutic relationships with clients from varied backgrounds, helping ensure that their unique experiences and needs are addressed.

Qualifications\n

• An active, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n
