This position operates from our outpatient office, providing the opportunity for remote work flexibility. The office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility to meet the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, employing culturally sensitive methodologies to evaluate patients' unique backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A deep understanding of mental health diagnoses, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and a commitment to cultural competence in clinical practice.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy, utilizing approaches that are sensitive to the diverse backgrounds of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
