Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to evaluate their mental health needs.

• Conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and triage care effectively to address patient concerns.

• Document assessments and treatment interventions, communicating with team members during patient rounds and meetings to ensure cohesive care.

• Provide case management for assigned patients, engaging in collaboration with community resources and professionals to offer comprehensive support.

• Complete ethical documentation and maintain timely records in line with departmental standards.

• Deliver Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions tailored to individual patient needs, promoting successful completion of treatment plans.

Qualifications\n
