Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the individuals' unique mental health needs.

• Implement a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other established techniques to facilitate clients’ journeys toward healing and recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring ethical practice and a high standard of care.

• Engage actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic and integrative care for clients.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to the continuous improvement of care quality through shared insights and evidence-based practices.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources, empowering them to navigate their challenges with knowledge and resilience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required. A Master's degree or doctoral degree is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
